All latest Laptops are equipped with in-built speakers, but the sound quality associated with it may not be suitable for a music buff that needs better sound quality. There are various laptop speakers available on the market depending upon your choice and budget. All you have to do is select one of your choices and find an output so you can easily connect external speakers if you don’t happen to like the sound quality of the built-in ones.
Some of the really thin laptops don’t come with speakers or a microphone installed; they will usually have microphone and speaker jacks instead. One item found in some high-end media laptops is a subwoofer. Don’t expect much from your laptop’s audio–that’s what external speakers and/or headphones are for. Speakers are not a point of emphasis in most laptops.
